I was very impressed with Dr. Brain’s office and all his staff. The receptionists were easy to work with. I had some extenuating issues with insurance coverage and they worked with me. When we had some complications, they arranged for us to come in and then made follow up phone calls to check in. Overall, it was a great experience.
I took my 6 year old to see Dr. Brain. We had to travel from out of town, so the staff worked him into the schedule. They made sure that I understood that there might be a wait, but there wasn't. His office was such a friendly environment! They took time to explain everything to myself and my son. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Brain and his team to anyone I care about!
Waited for 2 hours for a consultation. Never got to see Dr. Brain, due to another patient emergency. Of which I'm totally understanding, just wish the staff told me 30 minutes in so I could leave and come back. But no communication and confusion. Not coming back.
Personable and professional. I have had great experiences with Dr. Brain. He carefully explains procedures and options and takes the time necessary to do the job correctly. Friendly office staff and assistants make each visit a pleasure. I highly recommend Dr. Brain to all.
