At Patrick BMW of Schaumburg, I purchased a pre-owned 2026 X5 Sport Pro in May of 2026. I did two visits to the dealership. During my first visit, I was in research mode. I told the salesperson, Drew, that I was planning on going to other dealerships up front. He understood that and was appreciative and respectful.
