BEWARE What a terrible experience with the finance team. We came from out of state, paid cash, and didn’t leave with the title! Kevin made us sit in the dealership for 3 hours waiting on “paperwork” that ended up completely wrong. Waited over 30 days to receive a refund because tax/license were figured incorrectly (a sales tactic to try and twist our arm into an extended warranty) when we finally received the title, they hadn’t processed correctly to state standards, by missing having the previous owners signature. I’ve bought 6 cars in my lifetime, and this is by far the BEST buying experience I’ve ever ever had. My salesperson was fantastic - communicative, attentive, friendly, transparent. She helped me find the right 330, and was able to get it for me quickly. Also, this was the FASTEST finance manager experience ever. EVER.
