I wanna start out by asking … what kind of “auto repair shop” doesn’t have a mechanic ? I’m making this post because I can’t seem to get anyone on the phone my friend has been taking her car here for almost 3 months now because when she took it for other work they broke her axel & now are giving her the run around about fixing it they have had her come up there MANY times saying they will get it fixed today then when she gets there they say they don’t have a mechanic she has sat in the parking lot for hours waiting on someon... read more

Talked to the owner very unprofessional called him Wednesday morning has a appointment set for Friday morning to pick up a car never came in got it called about it Saturday and sounded like he didn’t even wanna get the truck then waited till 4 something to call back and had the nasty attitude all ask the dude meet at the shop bc we wasn’t on the side of town ! But very rude and unprofessional probably a bad day
Rude customer service, called on Friday to get information on a engine was told to call back on Monday. Started calling at 9:00am over 8 times no one answered until 4:50pm. Asked for the information (which she didn't have the information) was told to hold on, then was told they not going outside its to hot now to check call back in the morning.
