Very disappointing experience with Patrick Auto Body & Collision Center in Naperville. I brought my 2015 Mercedes-Benz C300 in on July 3, 2026, for a repair estimate. The vehicle was inspected, and photos were taken. I then followed up by phone on July 7, July 8, July 10, and July 14. Each time, I received a different explanation for the delay and was told someone would follow up, but no one did.
