My visit with Dr. Patrick Antonelli was respectful, and he did listen to my concerns, but the overall experience left me disappointed. While he heard what I was saying, I sensed a bit of impatience during the appointment, as if there was pressure to move things along. There was also a noticeable barrier, the dynamic of “I’m the doctor, you’re not”, which made the interaction feel less collaborative than I had hoped for. Very professional staff and the atmosphere was clean and spacious.I would recommend to anyone needing care for ENT issues.Dr.Antonelli’s bedside manners were fantastic.A great listener and very thorough with patients .As a very satisfied patient. I am above and beyond pleased.
Dr Anotonelli did surgery on my ear with an implant in august 2011. It’s been 12 years since this surgery. I’ve never had any problems or complications. My local ent wishes his patients looked as good as my ear does. I did lose some feeling to my ear but that’s expected. I also wear a hearing aid.
