Very disappointing experience. The doctor was nice but during my appointment, he seemed disengaged and appeared to be on his phone while I was explaining my concerns. I left feeling like there was little interest in actually understanding or addressing the source of my pain. I was also prescribed a compounded cream that cost $90 for a very small bottle from a pharmacy that only accepts cash. Unfortunately, it didn’t help at all. Has been Dr. Annello for 20 years & literally saved my life-i wouldn’t go to anywhere else but “St. Francis Pain Associates” & i would see & have seen all of his compassionate associates in his practice & they never let me down through many illnesses related to pain over 20 years.
Great guy to have dinner with but unless you want a doctor who injects the wrong medicine for your back pain I wouldn’t goto him. Got injected by him last fall and felt no relief. Actually felt worse after the epidural he injected me with. Recently found out for 4 other drs (3 others were pain management guys) that he injected the wrong medicine for my pain. I have 2 herniated discs in my lower back and he apparently injected medicine for the one I wasn’t experiencing any pain from. When I called him to tell him that I felt ... read more
I have been a patient under Dr. Annello’s care for several years. He is caring, understanding, personable and supportive. He patiently listens to my issues and concerns. I never feel rushed! The staff at St. Francis Pain Associates is knowledgeable, friendly and makes me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Annello and his associates to anyone that wants to be treated as a person and not “just” a patient!
