WE can't fix the butchering this doctor did to my wife, she's got more scares then dr. frankenstein's last patient. She can't walk right or stand right and is still in constant pain. After surgery she had plenty of therapy and his words were it takes time, five years. Maybe a little more time is needed. He's a joke and I wouldn't take an animal to him. Beware keep looking.
Went to him due to his good reviews, bad mistake. Should have been given 2nd opinion. I was never told what to expect, as my foot was bandaged up for 6 weeks. When my bandage was removed, again he never prepared me for what my foot would look like. My foot looked as though it had been through a grinder or someone had beat it over & over with a hammer. Doctor good. Office staff terrible. As an HR consultant, I wish I could talk to his doctor about the importance of his staff receiving customer service training. My experience today:
Dr McEneaney is amazing! Never been treated with so much respect by a doctor! He made me feel comfortable and my ankle feels better than it did before. I will always recommend him to anyone that needs a podiatrist!
Selling over the counter meds for $70 that they would not turn into insurance company. I bought same meds at walgreens $9 each, i bought 2. Dr office would not let me return unopen meds, 2 hours later, united health care, told me to find another doctor after they called them for me, telling me that office is just trying to profit off selling over the counter meds.
