Go anywhere else but here. I had to go to a second doctor to fix what was done there!
We will not be going back. My husband had ordered shoes that Medicare was supposed to pay for and NO ONE bothered to call us and let us know they were even in. If I hadn't called, we would never have known. Then they tell us he has to make an appointment just to pick them up??? She could not explain why he couldn't just come in and pick them up and walk out.
My primary care physician referred me here, It had been a couple days & no body had called to schedule me so I decided to put in a request for an appointment on the website, Still didn’t hear anything back. The Franklin office is a mess. It's taken a month to try and get anyone to call me back after we were told by the doctor surgery was needed. When they call they have no idea what is going on, haven't even started the process for surgery. Told we could stop in and get a copy of xray anytime, so when we do they say the technicians are out for the day and they can't help us.
