Dr. Abbey was very patient and explained procedure as well as answered all my questions. His staff is patient, professional, and extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend this Oral Surgery practice.
I was extremely nervous to have a procedure done on my child. Dr Abbey was absolutely amazing. He made me at ease and my experience for my daughter great. His staff is wonderful, from the moment you walk in the door with a warm greeting to my final step with his Practice manager Cynthia. She was so nice, she reassure me on all my concerns , she even gave me her personal cell phone number! Just in case myself or husband would have any other questions come up. This office goes above and beyond!
Dr Abby put in implant in me. The implant has been giving me problems for months. My dentist removed the crown and showed me the implant broke in my jaw and I need corrective surgery. When I called the office to schedule an appointment the receptionist was down right rude and annoying and unwilling to answer several questions that I had about the upcoming needed surgery. Dr. Abby and his staff are phenomenal! They answered all my questions, were very supportive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Abby was great at explaining the procedure process and did an incredible job! Dr. Abby and his staff are all very hardworking and love what they do! I truly felt cared for and valued immensely!
This is my 4th visit. Dr. Abbey is professional, competent and kind. The office staff is always courteous, well prepared and compassionate. The office is clean and the procedure rooms were well prepared.
I was so impressed with Dr. Abbey. I really enjoyed him as a person and he (and his staff) did a fabulous job.
