I had a terrible experience at Patricia's Hair Salon. I went in asking for a blonde color, but my hair ended up a lavender shade instead. When I asked the hairdresser to fix it as soon as possible due to the urgency of my situation (I couldn’t show up to work like this), she refused. I reached out to the owner, hoping to resolve the issue, but nothing was done. Despite their mistake, they refused to offer a refund or any compensation, leaving me with a $300 bill.
