I really liked these apartments as they are ideal for busy students as they are compact and are near to the university. They are also near to a Tim Hortons, primary/secondary school, and bus stop which is ideal for commuters and busy researchers. However the prices are a bit high so keep that in mind while considering this apartment.

They have cock roaches and raise rent $100 every year. And won't give back damaged deposit even though they was no damage.

There are some really honest and kind people working here, who helped find and return my wallet. I am so lucky that they keep a close eye on things, and both the security guard and managers were very eager to help. They seem like lovely and helpful people- thank you guys so much!

We just wanted to send a note of appreciation and gratitude to Muhammad at Patrician Village, for his outstanding service and help to us during the process of viewing, renting and moving into, a one-bedroom apartment for our son. Muhammad was very kind and patient with all of our questions and follow ups throughout the process. He took a lot of stress off of us and made sure everything went smoothly. Thank you Muhammad.
