DO NOT RENT FROM HERE They raise rent each year with the excuse of "following the market" yet rental prices are going back down and my rent it still going up. if you try to call during the day for service or questions dont bother they never pick up the phone. Very disappointed with Boardwalk Patrician. I paid a $250 application/payment fee and after my application was rejected, getting my refund turned into a stressful experience. Communication was slow, unclear, and I kept getting told different things about when I would receive my money back. For a large company, I expected much more professionalism and transparency.
