We just wanted to send a note of appreciation and gratitude to Muhammad at Patrician Village, for his outstanding service and help to us during the process of viewing, renting and moving into, a one-bedroom apartment for our son. Muhammad was very kind and patient with all of our questions and follow ups throughout the process. He took a lot of stress off of us and made sure everything went smoothly. Thank you Muhammad.
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE They raise rent each year with the excuse of "following the market" yet rental prices are going back down and my rent it still going up. if you try to call during the day for service or questions dont bother they never pick up the phone. The service is terrible unless it cheaply raises the property value i have had numerous requests go unfulfilled for various bs reasons Theft is massive here my vehicles have been broken into repeatedly and when i requested boardwalk put in security cameras they quietly ... read more
