I have been a resident in Spring lake Apartments under Patrician Management in Shreveport, LA for the last two years, and I have been quite happy with facilities and the management throughout this time.
I have been a resident in Spring lake Apartments under Patrician Management in Shreveport, LA for the last two years, and I have been quite happy with facilities and the management throughout this time.
If you like sleeping in 80 degree temperatures then this is the place for you. They have weak air conditioning systems that do not cool the upstairs loft at all. It remains very hot upstairs throughout the summertime. Rent is high and so are the utilities to stay uncomfortable all night after getting off work.
RUN, do not walk, away from any dealings with Patrician Management! General staff is kind, but management lies and treats residents as if were not human. So sad, when were here to serve our country.
i live in belle chasse, la and i have lived here for 2 years i have been having problems with the office personnel sence we moved here. work orders not getting put in or they get lost and the rudeness of the people in the office. danelle through me out of here office and just over the fact that she did not want to hear what i had to say. also because we are in the military the gov. does not increase the BAH until Feb of the year but they say that we have to pay the new BAH in January. i wish we had never come to live here we... read more
there is okay. They have some nice maintence people and the grass always stays cut. When I was living in the town home in the summer time it stayed very hot. I kept my air on 70 degrees somtimes all day and it still never got cool. I ask mangment to give me a ceiling fan for the upstairs and they stated they could not and I should put a box fan in the window to get it cooler. I was very pissed off by that remark.
