Place is clean and well maintained on the exterior. Inside the apartments most things are very outdated..Landlord is nice, but does anything to avoid costly repairs. I personally had a gentleman's agreement prior to moving out, that was not upheld by the landlord. In the end costing me greatly. Landlord does not screen tenants prior to lease, willing to rent to anyone for the money sakes..
