This used to be a decent apartment complex until Patrick the former maintenance tech left. Since Patrick left, I started noticing more trash accumulated in the garbage bins, transients digging in the trash can and bugs crawling through my shower drain. Not sure if it was from neighbors not keeping clean but for the amount of rent I was paying and the increases for "upkeeping of the property," it was just not worth it anymore when there are other places for a couple of 100 dollars more per month in La Mesa with more amenities... read more
Over the past year the apartment complex has improved greatly, the grounds are always clean, the manager is awesome always in the office very friendly and helpful to all my needs. I would recommend living here it’s in walking distance to many places.
Lived here 6 years and watched the place go down the drain. The asphalt is in terrible condition, the bottom of the pool is rotting, cockroaches starting crawling in through the vents, the cops were coming almost weekly for domestic issues among newer tenants, the manager send letters and claims rules that violate tenant rights, including discrimination. Many units have had pipes burst, leading to floods and water leaks and being displaced to the cheapest hotel. The roof is in terrible condition. They continue to raise rents... read more

The old management was never in the office.. I soon absolutely to leave but the new manger seems to be great I see her walking around and doing her job the office is always open
