Dr Spencer does my Botox. Very good prices and excellent work! She’s a pleasure to work with and is never in a rush.
I absolutes LOVE Dr. Spencer! She was attentive, and knowledgeable! She did not try to upsell me with any products (a wonderful change from other practices! I actually upsold myself by adding more botox... lol! She did an incredible job with my follow up appointment and NOW I have my next appointment already booked!
A future absentee Dr., no phone call to reschedule my 3 1/2 month wait for my "new patient" 1st app't. "I'll call you back" (NOT!!) must be their motto. A face-to-face w/a receptionist who couldn't find my original app't got me nowhere. Another month & 1/2 for the next app't...!! I needed to see a Dr., that's why I made the app't!! Dr.'s fault or the clinic's?
