We had the BEST house hunting & purchasing experience with Patty and her business partner/husband Dave! As first time home buyers, we knew absolutely nothing about the process, and as recent transplants from California, we knew even less about the NOVA market and neighborhoods. Patty and Dave are the best! They are great to work with. They spent nearly a year with us, allowing us to take our time to explore different areas in the DMV to figure out where we could see ourselves living. They very quickly learned what we were looking for and were always patient -- never pressured us in any direction, but provided extremely helpful insight. Super knowledgeable and great people. Highly recommend! Great for first time home buyers as they take the time to explain each stage of the process to you.
