Dr Seto has been caring for my daughter for over a year now. I love how she is thorough and straight to the point. She doesn't use Dr mumbo jumbo, she speaks in "mom" language and knows what she is talking about, She is very informative and down to earth. Also in recent struggles with our prior insurance coverage, she was and continues to be understanding. Angela is one of the most pleasant people we have met in a long time. Dr. Seto is ABSOLUTELY a rarity! For 3 years she has treated my son and myself with utmost respect and has given me not only good "doctor" advice but also good "mom" advise. I would recommend her to anyone with children. In addition to great care she NEVER overbooks her schedule and makes you wait for her. You get into your appointment very close to the scheduled time.
Our family loves. Dr. Seto and Angela. I love how she speaks to our daughter -- not over her. We've never waited more than 15 minutes to see her -- and that is a rarity. When there is an emergency SHE calls you back -- no dealing with triage. She even called us on her sons' graduation day when our daughter was sick. I can understand how someone who isn't familiar with Dr. Seto would consider her rude, as mentioned in an other review, but I've never experienced this at all. The front office lady Angela is very kind. Dr. Seto can be rude at times by making comments that are unnecessary. Everything my children get is classified as "viral". I beg to differ if my child has been sick for a month. Angela would do better at an office where she is treated with more respect. But thats just according to my observation.
