Annoyed that I’ve waited two weeks to try to get an appointment with her. Both on my insurance website and her website have a new patient appointment schedule. I called since no one’s contacted me to find out from her receptionist Myra that she doesn’t accept new patients. The least the office staff could do is contact those who fill out the form to inform them of this and update your website. Dr Santiago is the best! She managed my high risk pregnancy with the best of care. She answered all my questions, kept my informed and was able to give me reassurance and peace of mind through my whole pregnancy.
