Horrifying! As a new patient reading the positive reviews I came for a full body skin cancer screening greeted by a rude dismissive front desk girl acting like I'd never stopped in the previous week to inquire about our of pocket costs. Then after a nurse left after a brief intake with routine instructions to disrobe and wear a wrap, Dr. Hickham opened the door and came in without washing her hands or putting on gloves wiped her mouth then directly starts touching me from the scalp down.
