She is awesome. She takes time out for her patients and explains everything to them. She has helped me physically as well emotionally with my medical difficulties. She tells you like it is, what you need to know. I had a skin disorder I was never able to get rid of and she now has it gone and controlled by referring me to the proper dr. Very thorough and caring Dr. They should all be like Dr Prince!
Person answering the phones to set appointments (Colleen i think) is VERY RUDE and has NO patience what so ever. She needs to learn hospitality and manners. If she can't work with a smile in her voice then she needs to get another job. FYI-she is on the front line of your practice, she's the first person you talk to, do you want to make a horrible first impression to your patients?
