HORRIBLE SERVICE! Called to cancel our policy due to their high agent costs going up again, and was told we had to come in to cancel. When we arrived the next morning they had a fake sign on door so they could avoid helping us. It wasn't until they learned I called the main corporate office in Northbrook, Illinois to cancel my policy that they called us back, and all they said was "If you have any questions please give me a call back" What a joke, they knew what we wanted. I am very disappointed with Allstate’s service. They made a change to my policy without our consent. Raised our policy bill and when we tried to change it, they wanted to charge more money. Poor customer service. I do not know what happened to them, we’ve been customers for a very long time. What they are doing right now is unfair, injustice, and wrong. I’ve been talking with my friends and family and they are also have similar problems with Allstate. This is very upsetting. 😡😡😡
Poor communication. Didn’t respond quick enough to make changes to my policy but quick enough to cancel. Never again !!
