This office has a 5 minute policy, which I feel is a ridiculously small window when dealing with sick children. I had a 3 pm apt and was at the window by 3:06 trying to check in. The lady told me that since I was late the doctor may not see my child. I explained that my sister was in parking lot finding a parking spot and we had young children to help out of the vehicle. I was treated so rudely and like I had committed some sort of crime over being 6 minutes late, when I routinely wait over 10 minutes every single visit. I h... read more
RecommendedExcellent care from our regular provider Dr. Condon and every other person we have seen in the office. I fully credit Bev Larkin for a successful breastfeeding journey with both my kids, what an asset to have a lactation specialist available outside the hospital when you really need it.
RecommendedBoth of my girls have been going since they were born. They are now 12 and 8. I have never had any problems what so ever. My girls are very comfortable when they go there. Dr. Chin is fantastic.
RecommendedExcellent care always. Every person we have had interaction with has been fantastic. from the smiles and greeting at the front desk to the care received in the back of the clinic. very happy we decided to go with Holyoke Pediatrics!
