Arrogant and ignorant. Does not like to be questioned. She thinks she's some antibiotics resistant hero. My mother spent weeks in bed because she made her wait until she was very I'll with COPD. The internists at Madison Medical usually have her see patients that are sick and need to be seen right away - because they have too many patients. Don't ever settle for a nurse practitioner especially this one.
