So many good things to say about Dr. Patricia Morgan and her staff in Covington,la. So I'll just sum it up with, Great Doctor, Great staff, and a Great Nurse.. Also, when I call for an appointment they have have been very considerate, very patient, and very accommodating to get me in as soon as possible. Thank You to all.
Well we can not actually give a review for Dr Morgan because we never got a chance to meet her . When I called for an appointment for myself and my husband the receptionist told me we had to book 2 separate appointments. Which was fine but they put us at 9:00 and 10:00 AM. But said that we could be seen together. Before arriving at office we printed new patient forms and filled them out. I have never been treated so rudely as I have by Dr Morgan and her staff. As a public educator, I often cannot take a day off to go see my doctors. ALL of my doctors, except for Dr. Morgan, have been so accommodating. They allow virtual visits, or phone call visits to help with my schedule. Not here- they claim they cannot. When attempting to refill a medication needed for chronic migraines, (NOT controlled substance), she refused to refill without an office visit- which they don’t see patients after 3:30.
