She's a decent doctor but trying to get in touch with the office is an absolute joke. Nobody seems to answer the phone
I've been a patient here for about 5 years. The staff is the worst. They sit at the computer they don't answer the phone. I've called as many as 15 times before I could get an answer. They let their patients run out of their medications and the girl that is supposed to do prior authorization never does them. The staff treat you like your a piece of meat. You shouldn't have to beg for your prescriptions. The only doctor or PA is doctor H or Jennifer the PA. Those two are the best. Especially Jen. She treats you like a human b... read more
She used to be very caring and helpful when I first started seeing her 12 years ago. I don’t know what has happened but she seems to have lost her compassion for her patients
I have been seeing doctor mosner off and on for a Couple year she helps with the pain when you can get it done in the meantime she treats me like an Addict and leaves me with no pain medicine and an extreme pain I think that's very unfair to be treated like an addic when you are not Was left in pain chronic pain for a couple of months And when I asked for something for pain which I very seldom do she wanted me to see a psychiatrist If they paid attention to my records I've been under psychiatric care for over 20 years lol In... read more
