Have been seeing her for like 10 years now but found that she is not very And attentive I kept telling her about my family history of cardiovascular disease and heart disease and how my mother she had cardiovascular disease in her 50s and I was really scared this would happen to me well long of a hold are in through my 50s at the tender age of 54 I have a heart attack and they find my aorta 100% blocked and I have to go for a major surgery and have it bypassed so I am very unhappy with her. Dr. McIvor listens to me carefully and gave me the correct diagnosis. I’d seen 3 doctors for this and nobody got it right until she did. I’m forever grateful.
God bless her. My husband and I both see her and just love her to pieces.We have some real serious health issues and there just isn’t one that she hasn’t gotten to the bottom of. And she doesn’t waste time and out money with tests we don’t need. My teenage daughter and I see Dr. McIvor and are extremely satisfied with the services she provides. She spends a good amount of time with us, and is not overzealous about dispensing meds for every little thing (the reason I left my previous doctor). Very reasonable about things like weight control as well. Gives helpful suggestions but does not hound me. She has a warm, caring manner. Highly recommend her.
Love Dr. McIvor! Would never go to anyone else. Brought my Mom there as well. Totally trust in her capability.
