I can't say enough about Patricia. I would (and have) recommended her to many friends/family. She has helped me in a way that I didn't know was possible. I felt pretty hopeless when I first started seeing her and I am so amazed at what she has taught me and supported me through. I have come a long way in such a short time and it's because I do her homework and trust in the process that she sets out for me. She cares SO much about her clients and truly wants to see them progress.
I found Patricia after trying two therapists that sent me home scratching my head. I was online at "Psychology Today" and saw her bio and called her for an appointment. She has been a great help and I am now much better able to manage my life during and after some major life issues. She has been very accessible and supportive as well.
Patricia is no-nonsense and straightforward, and I am guessing that folks who want to be coddled all the time will be surprised. She is the best therapist I have worked with in the last 25 years. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a real advocate.
