I had an appointment last week and saw Dr. Heyman. From entering the office it was a totally positive experience. I was greeted by the receptionist ,filled out paperwork ,waited a few minutes then saw the doctor. No problems!
We would give a zero if allowed. If Leominster Podiatry chooses someone as unwelcoming, unfriendly and rude at reception - what does that say for the group? Poor experience. No thanks! Waste of my time this morning and I am not pleased. Reception could have handled this simple problem with much more grace.
Your front desk staff is the face of your business and when they treat customers like dirt that says am awful lot about the entire organization. There is a lot of different options for care around. You don’t need to visit a business that speaks to you in an unprofessional way, like this one does.Learn some class.
Very comforting office
Had to wait for my appointment for 2.5 month just to hear that they don’t accept my insurance. Such a waste of time. Front desk did the scheduling and couldn’t even bother to confirm the insurance.
