My experience with Dr. Patricia Lorenzo was extremely disappointing. She showed no concern for my hormonal issues and provided no explanations regarding my test results. I was left without a diagnosis or any guidance on how to manage my condition. The only thing she did was order tests, with no follow-up or solution. This level of care is unacceptable. I was with Dr. Lorenzo for about five years for hormone replacement therapy and only moved on because I changed to work insurance, which she doesn't accept. I've always gotten fast responses from the doctor and the staff. Refills, prior authorizations, labs; they were great. I recommend.
I have always enjoyed my experiences wtih Dr. Lorenzo for my thyroid treatment. She is bright, well informed and thoughtful. I would not hesititate to recommend her to anyone.
WARNING: Negative Review of Dr. Patricia Lorenzo! I moved to San Diego County without a recommendation for a diabetic doctor. I went to Dr. Lorenzo because she was available. Big, BIG mistake. I was used to the highest quality of diabetic care, having moved from Boston, where I was under the wonderful care of the (World-recognized) Joslin Diabetes Center.
