Personelle is always kind and i love the doctors there because they go through everything with you and your children.
Daughter calls me asking if we have copy of recent shot records. Say no they have her records, been going since born. RN on phone states unable to access old records due to facility move. Run a titer check blood. Ok with that. Dr. Fontenot tells son need shot records, spoke w/her via speaker phone. Angry, rude, condescending stating she is having to jump through hoops to get these shots done. My children 19,18,17,7 have been her pt. since birth. I was very disappointed with Dr Fontenot. She has an arrogant attitude and is rude. For being a disabled veteran and after paying $117 for a office visit she could have at least been nice and have a better attitude. The first thing a doctor learns is how to talk to people professional and have respect. I went in feeling bad and came out feeling worse and frustrated than before. What a waste.
She and her staff are rude, they have the I don't care attitude and do not care about the patients. Dr. fontenot is awful, she makes you feel like you don't know your kids and makes you feel stupid when you ask questions. Gayla acts like she is new everytime you go in and doesn't have a clue,Rose is very rude and tries to talk down on the patients and then plays the victim.
Not sure I will come back to that office, she is a great doctor but I'm there to find help for my child, I'm sorry I had been taking my daughter to a doctor that always said she was fine. She made me feel like a horrible mother and I'm not at all. I'm there for her help, I'm not there to get treated like that or talked to like that. So I won't be coming back to that office.
This is an excellent clinic, staff is always courteous and although I live in Terrell its worth the dive to Sunnyvale. Love it
Love this place !!Every time I've gone I have had hardly any wait time with courteous staff. Dr.Fontenot is always so nice and ready to listen to any concerns. I couldn't say enough good things of this place.
