Can't never get threw the line although the med dr. Shay is a very good dr.
After reading reviews on here, I am surprised by how many people are saying the office staff is rude. Now I know of only one time where I could not get through to them because they did not receive my messages or what but ever since I spoke with the receptionist that one time I have never had any issues with getting appointments and if I leave a message they call me back. You can't ever get through to the office. You'll have to call and leave 100 messages, and even then, you might not get a call back. Ridiculous!
Please don’t waste your time here. Appointments are never on time. Yeah I understand if the dr is running 15-20 minutes behind but an hour? And an hour behind every time I have an appointment? Incredibly frustrating. The office will not answer unless you call as soon as they open. You have to call back to back before you finally get an answer
