I previously left a review, Janki seemed not pleased by my whole truth in regards to the services her office rendered, therefore I’ve since removed my honest truth to avoid the false allegations she threatened to go forward with. In my opinion, at this office, insurance compliance is disguised as “patient care”. I would not recommend.
It's OK but I waited two hours they only had like three patients and they talk to you for 5 minutes. I don't know I think I seen Dr. Chen Dr. Sean I don't know what his name was I don't want to see a man doctor ever women have more compassion ..
If you want a very caring Doctor you get one in Dr. Janki & her staff is very good . If you have to wait for a bit , it is well worth the wait . If you need extra time they will spend it with you . I have been a patient since 1996 & would not change . I now live in Missouri & return to Houston, Texas for appointments . I know I can call if I need anything & will be treated very well . My husband had never had a personal physician but has one now in Dr. Janki . She Listens !!!
I waited so long to see the doctor. I kind of had to blow up on them just to be seen and then when I was seen I was seen for five minutes and it was over with. I didn't like it, had to wait an hour and a half or five minutes "interview" !!
These are the first drs that call to see how their patients are doing.all the nurses are very friendly and sweet, so are the drs
After being in pain for months and two different doctors, I finally have no pain at all! Good to know some doctors actually know what the hell they're doing!
My experience with Dr. Janki left me with a content impression, an extremely kind and caring professional.
