My family has been playing in the eastern Shawnee golf scramble for five or six years and to see this tournament come to an end this year is very disappointing. Thanks to Lea Elliot, she has always been the backbone to this event, thanks for the memories Lea and R.I.P.

I love this place, and it’s only getting better! I will gladly keep making the hour and a half trip down from Pittsburg, KS. to come spend time here. Everything from the course, to the staff and facilities, to the people you meet, are simply awesome. This is how it should be done! Thanks for always making my experience a great one, guys! I can’t say enough great things about this gem of a course. The staff, Andy Stewart especially, were top notch and made sure we were taken care of/warm on one of the worst days to choose to play golf of the year. Thanks and we’ll be back. ����
