I absolutely LOVE her!!! She is the BEST NP EVER!!! She's kind, friendly, patience, funny, thorough!!!! And if she doesn't know the answer to ur problem she will research it and ask other doctors!! She takes her time with her patients I've NEVER felt rushed!!! She's the kind of NP you would follow if she left!!!
She listened to all of my concerns and was very responsive.
Patricia is the first primary care MD/NP that I've actually worked with in Springfield who actually listened to me rather than process me just like another number.
I told her I thought she was going to let me die cause I thought I was dieing rather than really reach out to help me, I had COVID, she nicely dismissed me as a patient. If your hurting and sick, she won't want to help you so leaving for me was God's way of getting me better help.
