We couldn't have picked a better real estate agent for our first home. Patricia was incredibly professional, friendly and was always ready to bat for us. Her support was there even after the sale was closed, when we had to fix a few thing with the seller. Highly recommend.
Patricia helped us find our first home. She was super responsive, engaged, and asked all the right questions to help us figure out what we wanted. When it came time to make offers, she had great intel on the market and helped us to make a competitive offer and to get comfortable with understanding all the offer terms.
We have previously worked with 2 realtors from personal recommendations, and thought they were both pretty good, but Patricia blew us away. Extremely responsive, flexible, discerning, understood our wants and needs, and was not pushy. She found us our dream house. She got us through closing smoothly. We would love to work with her again if we ever need a realtor (although not so sure we will, now that we have our dream home that is even better than we expected)
