Dr. Haun O’Leary has been my OBGYN for 17 years! Lived out of state but family was in the Chicagoland area and I would come to here for labor and delivery. 3 out of my 4 pregnancies were under her care and she’s the most attentive doctor I’ve ever had. Makes you feel heard and seen and is extremely thorough! Moved back and I see her more often now!
Only positive is that wait time is super minimal for appointments. But it’s an absolute nightmare to get a hold of anyone on call. You have to just use their online portal which they can take up to 48 hours to respond. I had mastitis and requested a specific antibiotic prescription I’ve used before. They sent the wrong one after I requested the specific name I was prescribed in the past. I had to be on the phone with advocate, in the portal, and calling cvs pharmacy for over 2 hours just to get this resolved while recovering... read more
