This place should be named roach hotel.. I booked through air b&b and the host tried to brush it off saying it was a palmetto bug… Those are the same things as roaches. Small ones big ones they have em all. Super grossed out.
This place was mediocre at best, the “lazy” river had NO flow, 2 FEET DEEP. Only 1 out of the 4 hotubs were hot, THE BATHTUBS WERE HOTTER THEN THAT! The staff was RUDE and rushing us to leave because we thought the checkout was at 11:00 but it was at 10:00 BUT a lot of OTHER PEOPLE thought that too so WHY were they targeting ME and MY FAMILY??? At least the rooms were good. Everyone watch out
Credit machine were out throughout the hotel. All the pools and hot tubs need a good cleaning. The floor and the sides are very stained.
