*One star. My experience: I arrived inside the office's posted grace period. I had always been on time prior. The front desk clerk spoke with me for a few minutes, and then after chatting with me, told me I was now one minute "late" and could not be seen. A second staff member, Journey, came out and agreed with her. The waiting room was empty at the time. I wrote the doctor and asked not to be billed for the visit as they do that.
