This happened in December 2024: I would like to express my concerns regarding the communication I have experienced with the nurse practitioner. Unfortunately, there have been several issues that have contributed to my dissatisfaction. The situation became particularly frustrating when my mother's medical record, which she provided to Patricia Galvan, was lost.
