My daughter is 5 years old. We spent our summer break swimming here. The pool was clean and safe. Strict rules with swimwear which is appreciated. Thanks to all the girls working the front doors who were sweet and caring. Especial shout out to Mirra and the lifeguards.
Horrible experience, over priced, filthy. Supervisor and staff have zero common sense and shouldn’t be in a position to deal with customer service
Just had a horrible experience, supervisor is taking advantage of her position making up rules as she goes. Asking us to leave our 2 year old daughter out of the water in the benches while we’re in the water with the other kids saying that’s safer.
If you have a membership, you need to come in 30 minutes before family swim to get a Pre-sale ticket to be let in faster at no extra charge. The supervisor has been nicer, the new jumbotron and umbrellas on the tables are a nice touch.
