Dr. Francis insisted to give my daughter a flu shot on our visit for my daughter’s fever at 104F. She told me “Your daughter is having a fever so her temperature won’t go any higher after flu shot.” I thought it was not safe so I didn’t let my daughter take it. She was apparently not happy that I didn’t listen to her advice and was somewhat rude. She is not our pediatrician now and I hope what happened to me and my daughter never happens to other people.

We go to another dr. in this practice who we love. On several occasions, we have had to see dr. Francis when our regular dr. was not available. On each of these occasions we have found Dr. Francis rude and demeaning. It is clear that she does not read the medical history of the child before seeing her, and provides only the most obvious diagnosis with no interest or regard for the uniqueness of the situation.

Wonderful doctors!!! Even when our doc isn't on call my child is treated like their own patient. Friendly staff too. They're always willing to answer and address concerns I have as a new mom!
