I applied for the home on Lawrence. It was dirty and unpainted but I decided to do it myself because I needed a place asap. She waited until the last minute to answer an email. Never answered my calls. I meet all requirements but I was told another person applied last minute. I would NOT recommend her. **I am being threatened to delete this review or I will get sued. Your response is FALSE and it is hearsay. I have MANY family members all over Houston too who can vouch for my good character.
Patricia is awesome. She works hard and gets your deal done! We have used her for purchases and sales. She has yet to not impress us. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Won't go anywhere else again.
