Had my appointment with Ms Patricia Castro and I felt really comfortable I liked that she takes her time listening to the patients concerns.

My review is directed towards staff (Alma). I had an appointment today at 1pm. I receive a call at 9am notifying me that they're canceling my appointment (that was scheduled last month) because of paperwork that needs to be submitted. I asked why did they wait a month to notify me day of appointment to bring this issue up!!! Alma let's me know she was just informed. What type of business practice is this?! So unprofessional!!!
