Ms Castro is an amazing provider. Today I got my 2 week, post hysterectomy check up. She was excellent in explaining everything that has occurred in my body. She explained the surgery, the results and what I should expect going forward. She was patient, kind, professional and thorough. She asked if I had any questions and answered each one, taking her time and making me feel completely at ease. I have had the pleasure of being treated by nurse practitioner Patricia Castro for the past five years. I am beyond grateful for her exceptional care. She is knowledgeable and takes a holistic approach to my care. I highly recommend Patricia Castro NP and Dr. Farnum!!!!
I feel so comfortable talking to and expressing my issues and goals with Patricia. She listens and guides you with her great expertise. Her bedside miner is excellent. I would not go to anyone else for obgyn needs.

TLDR; If you expect to maintain agency as a patient instead of merely nodding your head unquestioningly to everything a provider tells you, look elsewhere. As other others have experienced, I waited two hours to be seen. This would not have been an issue for me if I had received an adequate experience with Patricia.
