Zero bedside manner. She repeatedly talked over me while I was there with my 91-year-old mother, who has dementia and was unable to speak for herself. Despite our explaining that we know my mother's baseline and that her symptoms were typical for her condition, she insisted on sending her to the ER. It was first Annual Wellness with our (myself and twin) new PCP, Dr. Baker. She was thorough and compassionate. Took the time to discuss current health and medications. She asked for blood tests that were new and took a proactive approach to discussing tests we should be getting to identify future health issues which aren’t discovered with the current tests we are taking.
