Patricia truly cares for her patients, she is kind, fair, understanding, and willing to work with you. She cares about what’s going on in your life and does everything she can to help with whatever difficulties you face. She is only human, just like us and tries hard to accommodate all her patients while still making time for herself and her family. I’m so grateful she was there for me at the beginning of my recovery journey and that she has stuck with me for almost 4 years of sobriety.
I've been a patient of Badway for the past couple of years with no issues at all. However, I recently requested a simple prescription refill for a common sleep medication and it's now been 5 days and counting with no response; and I mean zero. I repeatedly called Duly and was told numerous times that priority messages were being sent to her and she just wasn't responding.
