Called to make a new patient appointment, they hung on me twice. I got a reference number and who I spoke with from a pcp chance to this NP. & they were rude saying I won’t be able to see the NP till they verify that the pcp is correct. Even with a reference #. Even when I told them I was very sick and wanted to get seen. Non helpful front desk.
She's always so nice and caring when handling my Mom.
