Dr Drace is a highly regarded and skilled hand surgeon. I’ve trust her with my and my families care. She explains things clearly and has excellent bedside manner. Definitely 5 stars!

My apt was cancelled by the office manager as I was leaving to drive to apt. I had waited over a month for this apt. They blamed the Tempe office on Mill for scheduling it with Dr Drace. They gave no opportunity to assist me and now I am left feeling extremely frustrated and my medical need completely unmet. The office as well as Dr Drace should have handled this more professionally. If there was an issue with me being seen my another provider (after getting the ok) why did they wait until 1 hour before my apt to address it?... read more

I never had a cortisone shot before. She only asked me if I could take a shot. This cortisone shot was NOT like any shot I ever had...it was EXTREMELY painful in the palm of my hand. I think I should have been told what to expect. It felt like my finger was going to blow off. I would never do that again. I'm sure she's a wonderful surgeon but a little compassion would have gone a long way. If I knew what to expect, I don't think I would have been so shocked and freaked out.
