Very unprofessional and rude. They do not give you all of the information up front and then threaten to add charges for their lack of explanation.
The office staff is rude and they say that canceling via text EVEN THOUGH IT IS AN OPTION is still considered a no show. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!! If canceling via text isn’t an option, THEN DONT GIVE THE OPTION. It should say if you need to cancel please call. IT SHOULD NOT ALLOW YOU TO TYPE C TO CANCEL!!!!!! NOPE!! They will never get our business again and I hope you don’t go there either.
Doctor’s attitude was very mean. She was late 15 minutes and I just asked nicely where the doctor will show up! Other wise everyone is very nice
