No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

I was never uncomfortable Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was this provider friendly? Yes
