I scheduled an appointment with her when it came to the time she didn't call me so i called her 10 times and she finally answered and asked me what i wanted.. was so confused. Scheduled an appointment with the doctor herself and confirmed the time for the phone appointment. Not only did she not call but completely wasted my time. Terrible and very frustrating especially when your in need of assistance. Will not be rescheduling or wasting any more of my time on this unprofessional person.
I loved having Dr Brassfield as my therapist over the years. I always felt I could be completely open and honest and not be judged, which is what a therapist should be like. I will be going to her again when I need her.
